Every college student loves spring break and spends a large amount of time planning their trip. I, on the other hand, procrastinated like always and almost did not have a trip to take. I was completely shocked last year when I realized three days before the first day of spring break that I had not planned a trip. If it was not for a hotel discount I found online, I would not have been able to afford the highly priced last minute plane tickets.

Luckily, I had jumped online to look for hotel discounts as soon as I realized the huge mistake I had made. I could not believe how easy it was to find an awesome hotel discount online, before I knew it I had booked a stay at an amazingly posh hotel for a tiny fraction of the price.

My spring break turned out to be the best yet and it was all thanks to discounts online. Even though everything worked out, I am not going to make the same mistake this year. I am going to plan in advance, but I am still going to look for discounts.
