Some friends of mine came down to the southwest from the northwest to visit their son and daughter-in-law over the holidays and I got a chance to meet them for dinner too while they were down here. They were here for two weeks and decided during that time to search online for last minute travel deals to Las Vegas. Their son and his wife had to go to back to work, so my friends took a chance and went online to see what Las Vegas hotel deals they could find. Since they were staying for only two nights and they had a car, they found some nice hotel discount deals after the holidays. The money they saved, they spent on going to a terrific show and had a great time. When you can be flexible with your dates, there are last minute travel deals to be found in many hotels and travel lodges. I was glad I got to see them and next time they come down, I may join them for a quick Las Vegas get-away.
