Our Las Vegas vacations are always so much fun because the town was built around fun and in recent years, the fun has become much broader than gambling and entertainment. It's a good thing, too. This part of Nevada has so much to offer and it's good that the powers that be in Las Vegas realized that diversity would be good for attracting a broader base of tourists.

This recession has been hard on the economy of Las Vegas and with just gambling and shows as entertainment, there would be fewer tourists taking advantage of the almost always low prices for Las Vegas vacations. We love to go on Las Vegas vacations for the close proximity of everything. Within an hour, we can be skiing during the daytime in the winter and swimming outdoors in the evening. There are few places in the country that offer all that Las Vegas vacations do, and we enjoy going to this fun and interesting city for short, reasonably priced vacations.
