Disney Hotels vs. Resorts |

Orlando is a fun tourist destination, and the city welcomes millions of domestic and international travelers each year. For this reason, Disney hotels are difficult to reserve, and most people have to plan their trip months in advance. With so many Disney hotels and resorts, there is something for everyone. Since price is always an issue, many travelers prefer to stay in a Disney hotel. However, resorts in the Orlando-area feature a ton of recreational activities, the best accommodations, shuttle service, and much more. Of course, resorts are costly. On average, you can expect to pay $200 a night at a Disney-area resort. On the other hand, a few Disney hotels have rooms as low as $99 a night. You'll enjoy roomy accommodations for four. Yet, hotels don't feature separate living room, kitchens, and multiple bathrooms. Therefore, if traveling with more than four people, you might feel a little cramped. However, resorts feature two and three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. If you're planning a week vacation, these bonus features will come in handy.
